Mike & Judy: Serving in Arkansas
Mike '81 and Judy (Gardner '74) Marsh
Our heart is in ministry to the poor and to the children that we serve at our jobs. We both work in the school system. I work in an elementary library and Mike works one-on-one with the special needs students. There are a lot of hurting souls with so many dysfunctional families. Through our church, we have many opportunities to serve and reach out to folks. We also have cell group in our home where Mike teaches.
We are involved in a spirit filled church here in Siloam, where Mike serves as head deacon. We still have a heart for short term missions. Mike has gone out on several short missions trips and our 2 daughters have also served with YWAM His Kids and with Teen Missions out of Florida.
Our daughters are married and live near us in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Both families are walking with the Lord for which we are thankful. We are so blessed with our sons-in-law. We have 5 grandchildren (Lillian Rose is missing in the picture). There's Rachel Rose, Isabella Anne, Marcus Aaron, Grace Irene, and the baby, Lillian Rose. They keep their moms busy!! But we so love the fact that we are close to them so we get to do double time in spoiling them!! God is good.
We've been married for 28 years. We are so blessed with God's goodness in our family and our church family during these years.
