Tim: Serving in Slovenija

Tim and Winnie Landrus have served in Slovenija for 11 years. Their activities include university student outreach, personal evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and church development.

“In 1984 God called me to repent (Matt 4:17) and to follow Him; and said that He would make me a fisher of men (Matt 4:19). As my hunger for God grew, and I began to see Jesus in clear ways, I longed to be used as a vessel to help people see Him and the salvation Jesus brought to the world. I knew Jesus was calling me to the nations and that He wanted me to learn more.”

“It was at Bethany College of Missions where the full call of God began to flourish in my life as I joined other like-minded students and staff in seeking how I might be used in God’s global rescue force. God led me, my wife Winnie, and our son Micaiah to Slovenija after our Bethany graduation. We immediately put into practice basic principles we had gleaned from our special time at Bethany. I can now step into a variety of ministry situations as the Lord leads, and lend a hand to the greater work of God taking place in this part of the world.”
